About Andros Taverna
Andros Taverna is a contemporary Greek restaurant in Logan Square from Chef Doug Psaltis, inspired by his family's roots on the Greek island of Andros. MICHELIN Guide-listed and named Best Greek Restaurant in America. We cook over charcoal and a wood-burning oven, hand-stretch our pitas, and pour a 100% Greek wine list. The menu spans seasonal mezze, whole grilled fish from our daily live seafood program, fire-grilled meats, and house-made pastries from pastry chef Hsing Chen. Now serving weekday lunch and weekend brunch alongside dinner. Our glass-enclosed Kipos Greenhouse hosts private events and celebrations. Dog-friendly patio and valet parking available.

My husband, niece, nephew and I came here for dinner on our last night in Chicago together. The service was excellent, we loved everything. My husband and i are vegan and our server really helped us navigate the menu and gave wonderful recommendations. The Watermelon salad was delicious! I love the olive oil martini, 10/10 great food, ambiance, and service

Five stars doesnβt feel high enough. [Not written using AI.] We are sitting in ANDROS TAVERNA during a six-hour layover in Chicago, feeling like we discovered some priceless ancient treasure, and think youβll want to experience this yourself. Full disclosure: my wife loves Greek food and I like it, at best, but when I let her choose dinner, it was Greek. (Ugh) From excellent online reviews and two personal recommendations, we discovered ANDROS TAVERNA, and from the moment we walked in, it was obvious this was something special. In fact, we took a 50-minute train ride from the airport just to try it β and as soon as we finish here, weβll head right back to catch our flight to Los Angeles. That should tell you how worth it this place is. It started with an unbelievably fresh complimentary appetizer that immediately told us this restaurant cares about details. Then we ordered (and shared) the crispy kataifi cheese pie along with the mezze collection with pork and chicken, cooked absolutely perfectly. For the next 40 minutes, it felt like every few bites one of us would stop to say, βOkayβ¦ THIS is incredible.β Weβve just finished dessert β Greek donuts β and finished with a decaf

Andros is an amazing spot that I would absolutely recommend to anyone. The food is outstanding, full of rich and flavorful Greek dishes that feel both elevated and satisfying. The ambiance is beautiful, with a chic and stylish interior that really enhances the overall dining experience in the Logan Square area. The service was just as impressive. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. The team was warm and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Overall, a 10 out of 10 experience and definitely a place worth coming back to.

This place is fantastic! My friend and I had so much fun and our experience was amazing. The food hit the spot and will be coming back if Iβm ever craving greek food. The atmosphere was so cute and service was great! Liz, the sommelier, let us try fantastic greek wines and made the experience more unique! The baklava froyo was the perfect way to end the night. Thanks Andros team!!

The food was amazing and colorful. Well designed and absolutely tasty! We ordered the oysters, mezze collection, beef souvlaki and the Andres salad. The mezze collections was to die for the spreads were amazing! Drinks were tasty we had the mouro mastic, whiskey sour and the negroni. In my opinion skip the negroni. The dessert is a must try, the baklava froyo is so tasty as well!! Our server was Nathan and he was so helpful and nice and made our experience so much better!
